Shutterfly Christmas Cards

For the last couple weeks,I have seen bloggers posting about Shutterfly Christmas Cards,so I finally broke down and went to the website
and picked out some of my favorite products that Shutterfly has.

Before I started looking at the cards,I looked around at their calendars. I liked these best. Their 17.99for a year which is cheaper then some store bought calendars and you create it yourself. It's a do it yourself project which is really popular right now because of the economy.

While on Shutterfly,I continued to look around and I found photobooks. Photobooks are popular for weddings,birthdays,vacations,etc. Shutterfly's photobooks come in different sizes,5x7,7x9,8x8,8x11,and 8x12.

Now for the reason of this post,Christmas cards.

First up,The retro plaid one caught my attention.It has room for 3 pictures and says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

My second favorite is called the Three Kings Journey.It has room for one picture on the front & has Merry Christmas on the front as well.I loved this one because it was black and white with the picture adding color to the card.

I went and looked at Shutterfly's flat Christmas cards and this one caught my eye.
I picked this one because I thought it would be a good card to send to friends and family that doesn't know about everything
that has happened this year. It has room for 3 pictures as well. I really like this one. This is the one I would like for the free cards.

Top 2 Tuesday

This week,it's the top 2 things your thankful for

1) I'm thankful for my mom because without her I wouldn't be who I am. Also,she's taking a huge chance on me because she's paying for my first two classes at FSCJ.

2) I'm thankful for finally getting my ged in October and being able to further my education. I'm thankful that I accomplished one of my goals for this year.

5 things I remember about 9/11/01

September 11th,2001 started out as a normal day across America but soon that normal would be shattered. Terrorists hijaked 3 planes, 2 went into the world trade center and one into a Pennsylvania field.

Anyway,Tomorrow marks 9 years since that fateful day and here are the 5 things that I remember about it.

1) I remember where I was and what I was doing. I was a sophomore in high school and I was in 2nd period in my English 2 class.I remember the teacher from next door coming over and telling my teacher to turn on the tv.

2)I remember the shock that everyone felt when they realized that the planes were purposely flown into those buildings. Everyone thought it was an accident at first but when the second plane hit the World Trade Center,we knew it wasn't an accident and we were under attack.

3) I remember the unity that America felt afterwards. People went and gave their own blood. People went to church and held hands with strangers . We were one nation after 9/11

4)I remember seeing people jump from the towers. This was sad,I couldn't imagine having to jump for my life but their were people that did.

5) I remember the firefighters and all the heros that bravely faught that day. You could see the fear on their faces but they did it anyway.

Day 3:Favorite TV Show

I have a couple favorite tv shows that I watch every week

One of them being this show:

I love this show. I think this show is to educate other teens that being a teen parent is not easy and takes work. Also,I think it's put out there to help teens realize that teen pregnancy is 100% preventable. Those are my thoughts on Teen Mom.

My Second Show is a reality tv show:

I love big brother.I haven't watched it from season 1 but I do watch it every summer. This season,I didn't like Rachel. To me,she was loud. Also,I don't know how you can be in love with somebody after 2 weeks. I hope Brendon gets voted out to. I don't have a favorite that I would want to win besides maybe Matt

I really like Kenny Chesney's Boys of Fall. It reminds me that September is right around the corner and the college football season starts for the Gators in 13 days.



Also in the running is The Band Perry's If I die young.
It's such a sad song but it has beautiful lyrics and I love her voice in it.

Why Hello Monday

1) I have no cell phone right now. I was at work yesterday and it broke in half while I was on break. All of the dropping,throwing,and opening and closing it finally got the best of. It was my third phone. Needless to say I don't have a good track record with cell phones.

3) Elementary education is number 3 on the college major list.
People have always told me that I would be a good pre-k or kindergarten teacher because kids relate to me.
I think it's because I'm short and they think I'm their size.

4) I've taken the ged now and just waiting on my results. Hopefully,it won't take all 8 weeks for me to find out.

5) Here's to hoping that this is a great week :)

Life feels like its finally starting to come together

I registered to take the ged earlier this month,I take it the first week of next month. After I take it,I have to wait 6 weeks for my results. Can we say ANXIOUS? I should get them in the middle of September and registeration for Spring term starts in October. I'm just glad I'm finally doing it and it will be done. I also did my fafsa and FSCJ selected it for verfication. I have to print out my tax return for last year and a worksheet. Nothing has been easy when it comes to me going back to school. I've been studying the math because that's what I have the most trouble with. I'm confident that I will pass as long as I go into the test with self confidence and don't get anxious during the test.

Moving right along,
I rented Alice in Wonderland from the redbox last weekend,can somebody please explain why it took till today to post to my bank account and on top of that,it's a pending transaction. Oh Vystar,why do you put holds on my accounts?

Work is going well,I'm getting better hours which makes me happy since I was only work 3 or 4 days a week during the beginning of the year. I worry about my hours because I'm only part time where I work and I know that we need 1500 hours by December 31st. I hate asking for help but in this situation I need it.

I'm looking forward to tonight, my mom's company rents a box at the local baseball stadium and we're going to tonight's game. This should be a fun night.
